Greetings! I'd like to introduce myself and my company - as well as explore ways in which Coastal Shore Cleaning could help with your cleaning needs.
My name is Kathleen Massey and I'm proud to lead a trusted, reliable company that selectively works with area businesses to help with all their cleaning needs. We've been serving the greater Salisbury area for more than 50 years. Together, with a staff of more than 25 trained professionals, we manage the planning, scheduling, and cleaning of commercial offices and short term rental properties from Salisbury to Ocean City, Maryland.
We are committed to serving our community. The core values that drive our work are quality, care, and maximum attention to detail.
We build long-term relationships with our clients. I should mention that I am also the owner operator of Flowers Unlimited - a business that was started by my mother, Jackie Cassidy, in 1973.

Daniel Taylor
Maintenance Technician
Hello I'm Daniel Taylor, lifetime local OC resident. I worked for my family's Hotel from 1987-2004 in all positions within the business, including many major maintenance projects.
From 2004-2006, I started apprentice plumbing, followed by a 2-year venture learning and performing the business of Alarm and Fire Protection Systems, from 2006-2008. My acquired skills, experience, and knowledge afforded me the long-time position of Head of Maintenance at The Courtyard Hotel (2009-2021). The demand for plumbing work assumed most of my day to day work from 2021-2023.
Jackie Cassidy
Jackie is a long time leader in the local business community, with an unparalleled ethic and philanthropic spirit. As founding owner of a 1970's, and still-thriving, floral business, and also a former MD commercial real estate agent, she has built a reputation of trust, using her platform to impact the lives of others within our Eastern Shore communities. Among her many committed achievements she holds a twelve-year seat on the "Tidal Health Foundation Board", is an active philanthropist within the "MD Community Foundation Association" of the Eastern Shore, and a Dedicated Honoree of the University of Maryland Eastern Shore's "Henson Center's" Breakfast Room, named after her in gratitude for her charitable work and deeds through the years.
Jackie's graceful presence, giving spirit, and vast business experience add strength to the bond within our team members. The best leaders are the hardest workers, and we are grateful to have her alongside our team at Coastal Shore Cleaning & Maintenance.
Jillian Massey
Operations Assistant
Hi, I'm Jillian Massey, a working student of business, having just acquired my BA, and pursuing further education.
As a lifetime local to the Eastern Shore of Maryland, Ocean City is my home; where I love my work, and where I spend my spare time fishing and enjoying nature.
I'm happy to be on this team with Coastal Shore, lending an artful, creative touch to the marketing, I.T., and office side of the business while also working the busy side! I enjoy the runarounds between beautiful properties, and the satisfaction of making them shiny and immaculate for your guests.
