Kathleen Massey
Kathleen Massey proudly leads a trusted, reliable team that selectively works with area businesses to meet all their cleaning needs. With more than 50 years of service to the greater Salisbury area, Kathleen oversees the planning, scheduling, and cleaning of commercial offices and short-term rental properties from Salisbury to Ocean City. Her core values — quality, care, and maximum attention to detail — drive every aspect of the business. Kathleen is also the owner-operator of Flowers Unlimited, a business her mother Jackie Cassidy started in 1973, and she brings that same community commitment to every Coastal Shore Cleaning client relationship.
Daniel Taylor
Daniel Taylor is a lifetime Ocean City local who brings decades of hands-on expertise to the Coastal Shore team. He worked in all positions at his family's hotel from 1987 to 2004, including major maintenance projects. Daniel went on to apprentice in plumbing (2004–2006), then spent two years in the Alarm and Fire Protection Systems industry before earning the position of Head of Maintenance at The Courtyard Hotel from 2009 to 2021. His breadth of skills across plumbing, systems, and facility management makes him an essential part of the team.
Jackie Cassidy
Jackie Cassidy is a long-time Eastern Shore business leader and philanthropist. As founding owner of a still-thriving 1970s floral business and a former MD real estate agent, she's built decades of trust in the community. A twelve-year Tidal Health Foundation Board member and MD Community Foundation philanthropist, Jackie's graceful presence and vast experience add irreplaceable strength to the Coastal Shore Cleaning team.
Jillian Massey
Jillian Massey is a lifetime Eastern Shore local and lifelong Ocean City resident. Having recently earned her BA in Business and pursuing further education, Jillian brings a creative, detail-oriented touch to the marketing, I.T., and office operations at Coastal Shore — while also working directly in the field. Her love of the coastal community, eye for quality, and genuine satisfaction in delivering immaculate properties for guests make her an invaluable part of the Coastal Shore family.
